Pumpkin Butterscotch Oatmeal Bars
This recipe is so simple! It’s basically the recipe on the back of the package of NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Butterscotch morsels but with one less egg and some pumpkin puree! Once you make this, it will become a staple in your home every fall.
Pumpkin Butterscotch Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients
1 1⁄4cups unsifted flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1⁄2teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup butter, softened
3⁄4cup brown sugar, firmly packed
3⁄4cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup pumpkin puree
3 cups Old-Fashioned Quaker oats
1(11 ounce) package NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Butterscotch Flavored Morsels (about 2 cups)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg in a small bowl; set aside.
Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Add pumpkin puree.
Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in oats and morsels.
Press into a greased baking pan.
Bake 18- 20 minutes or until bars have cooked through but are still soft.
Cool in pan before cutting.
